The G360 survey platform is a powerful catalyst for learning and development and a recognized industry leader among universities and businesses. In 2009, Dr. Brian Griffith, an adjunct professor, author, and former director of the Human and Organizational Development Program at Vanderbilt University, created the 360 degree tool so students could give and receive meaningful feedback that could be used to create personal development plans.
